Speech and Language Therapy at IHRI
Our IHRI Speech therapists detect the disorder and formulate a treatment plan for people with feeding or communication difficulties. They apply treatments and interventions based on their personal assessment of the child/adult.
IHRI aims to provide an unmatched standard of service and meet the Speech therapy needs of children and adults throughout Karachi. We wish to deliver effective speech & language therapy providing the evidence based therapy.

What makes IHRI Speech therapy unique?
- All Speech therapists at IHRI are fully qualified with many having years of experience and learning certifications.
- Evaluations are conducted by appropriately credentialed and trained SLTs.
- SLTs work within collaborative multi-disciplinary team in evaluating all students.
- SLTs gather assessment data, and if conflicting data are present, the multidisciplinary team conducts additional formal and/or informal assessment to reconcile conflicting results.
- SLTs provide intervention that's appropriate to the age requirement of the individual student.
- Intervention involves tapping areas within the curriculum instead of focusing solely on discrete speech or language skills.
